GUIDELINES &ELIGIBILITY
Open to all digital creators, influencers, videographers, storytellers, podcasters, bloggers, and cultural ambassadors residing in or creating content spotlighting Chhattisgarh.
Supported & Eligible Digital Media Platforms:
Instagram (Reels, Feed Posts), YouTube (Long Videos, Shorts), Facebook (Videos, Reels), X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, Threads, Moj, Josh, ShareChat, Podcasts, Audio Shows, and independent digital blogs.
Participants must create original content based on approved competition award categories and themes. There is no restriction on how many creators can choose the same award theme or scheme.
Submissions are evaluated through an objective, multi-tier assessment matrix combining Grand Jury evaluation, creative merit, and authentic public reception:

Organic viewer resonance, constructive audience comments, community reach, and inspiring message value.
A distinguished State Jury Panel comprising cultural icons, media veterans, domain experts, and senior state administrators evaluates candidates across 4 structured levels:
Level 1Eligibility & Document Verification: Scrutiny of profile authenticity, age, nationality, and category alignment.
Level 2Creative Reel / Content Challenge: Submission of targeted state theme Reel/Video on approved government themes.
Level 3Public Voting & Engagement: Public voting desk where verified citizens vote for shortlisted nominees.
Level 4Final Grand Jury Scoring & State Awards Ceremony: Final compilation of Jury scores + Public Votes and official state honor felicitation.
All creators and nominees must strictly adhere to the official rules and ethical code of conduct:
- 100% Originality & Copyright: All entries must be original works created by the applicant or nominee. Plagiarism, unlicensed music/footage, or copyright violations will lead to immediate disqualification.
- Zero Tolerance for Artificial Boosting: The use of bots, paid click farms, automated scripts, or fraudulent views/votes is strictly forbidden and monitored via anti-fraud algorithms.
- Public Decency & Social Harmony: Content must uphold ethical standards, respect cultural and community sentiments, and remain free of hate speech, defamation, or misleading information.
- Timeline Compliance: Submissions and Level 2 challenge entries must be submitted within official deadline windows. Late submissions cannot be entertained.
- Finality of Decisions: Evaluation decisions made by the State Jury and the Organizing Committee are final, binding, and uncontestable.

Whether you’re a YouTuber, influencer, filmmaker, photographer, blogger, artist, educator, gamer, podcaster, or storyteller—if your content inspires, informs, or showcases the spirit of Chhattisgarh, you’re eligible to participate.
Yes. Creators below 18 years of age are welcome to participate. However, their registration, consent, and all further processes must be completed under the supervision and approval of a parent or legal guardian.
No. Registration for the Chhattisgarh State Creator & Influencer Awards is completely free. There are no application or participation charges at any stage.
Yes. You may submit your nomination in up to three award categories, provided your content meets the eligibility criteria for each category.
Every nomination goes through a fair and transparent evaluation process based on content quality, originality, creativity, impact, audience engagement, and relevance to Chhattisgarh. Selected categories may also include public voting as part of the final evaluation.
Winners receive official government recognition, an award trophy, a certificate of excellence, and the opportunity to be celebrated among Chhattisgarh’s leading digital creators.
